A great swim for newbies and short distance specialists in deep water off a clean beach. The swim provides the swimmer with a number of views that help them sight and know where they are, large bridges on both sides and the famous Tuckahoe Inn next to the finish. The bike will provide the athletes with a flat and fast course through old neighborhoods. Finally, the 3.1 Mile run will cross the closed Rt. 9 bridge and return providing you with a memorable run over the water .
