Course:
SWIM: The 1/2 mile swim is off Webb beach, with a trapezoidal course. Buoys and lifeguards will be on hand to monitor the course.
BIKE: The bike course leaves Webb and heads through Glen Cove. It is an out and back course. Each out and back is 6.75 miles, and competitors will complete the course twice for a total of 13.5 miles.
RUN:The run will be a 3.2 mile trail run through Welwyn preserve, located adjacent to Webb Institute.

Goodies, Awards, etc:
All competitors will receive a t-shirt, buffet post-race breakfast, AMB Chip Timing System chip, awards for top finishers, and a chance to start the racing season right--racing!
Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers, as well as age group winners. Age grouping will start with 19 and under, then 5 year increments starting with 20-24 and up to 85+.
